Robert Brumley No carbs mean no bread or anything that contains Flour. Nothing no nadda. No rice or anything that contains rice or rice product. Cereal all has carbs and many fruits and vegetables contain carbs. Potatoes are high in carbs. Best thing to do is just eat... more

beast-usa (Admin) Zero carb diets are possible I've done them in the past (for bodybuilding shows) and if I had cancer I could do them again. You can eat fish, chicken cancer UN-FRIENDLY things.
