I already called them, they didn't have #1 turned on which shares the RDP folder. #1 in SA is the hub for everything including printing. And yep I moved all THE USER ACCOUNTS printers back to #6 so they can print.

Where are you getting the message? Server, Desktop, Laptop?
Deleted files being removed is never a problem unless you're storing files in the recycle bin.
If it's the server it deletes 1,000 of files daily.
Please call CM asap. Ithzel can not access the e-docs and she is doing front office. Can't work efficiently without accessing E-Docs

Yes I get them all, reply to them all, I need to check and see if you have two different accounts or if you use the same account as the server.
hi Gary, the "one drive" says that i am not signed in. I do not have the user / password to sign in.

I left copies of all the RDP's in C:\Software\RDP's in case they got lost or deleted from the desktop.
